The F-TYPE Coupé builds on the design of the stunning 2011 C-X16 Concept Sports Coupé and the F-TYPE Convertible released in 2013. The lightweight all-aluminium F-Type Coupé, the most dynamically capable, performance-focused sports car that Jaguar has ever produced, is available in three versions: F-Type R, F-Type S and the F-Type.
The 550-hp 5.0-liter supercharged V8 found in the Jaguar XFR-S and XKR-S will be fitted to the top model, the F-Type R Coupé. 0-60 mph takes just four seconds. The base F-Type Coupé is powered by a 340-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V6, and the F-Type S Coupé, which has the same engine tuned to 380 hp. The base and mid-level models can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.1 and 4.8 seconds, respectively. Every F-Type Coupé model utilises Jaguar's eight-speed close-ratio Quickshift transmission which is optimised for sporting performance.
The 2016 model year brings with it all-wheel drive, which will be standard on 550-horsepower F-Type R models. AWD will be optional on mid-level F-Type S models, which run the 380-hp V6. Six-speed manual transmission will also be available for 2016 on V6 variants with rear-wheel drive. (autoblog.com)

The hidden rear spoiler automatically rises at 70mph and lowers when the speed drops below 50mph, reducing lift by up to 120kg. The full-LED tail lamps that wrap all the way around the wings feature hidden-until-lit technology. They appear solid until one of their functions is activated. The F-Type Coupé also features a 'ribbon of light' LED high-mounted stop light, which is hidden at the top of the tailgate.
The F-Type R Coupé's seats are finished in premium leather, with the 'R' logo embossed on the headrest and three options of contrast stitching - Ivory, Red or Firesand - on the instrument panels, door casings, grab-handle highlight and cubby box. (autoblog.com & ultimatecarpage.com)
