One of a kind 1939 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Cabriolet. Powered by a 7.3-liter V12 engine.
Commissioned by Louie Ritter, noted and highly successful furrier to New York's high society,
re-bodied in 1947 by Labourdette of Paris.
This Phantom III was the Labourdette's last and arguably most daring work.
The pillarless windshield, 'vutotal,' is a Labourdette patent,
and much of the brass is leaded into the body.
The body alone cost $44,000 - which made it one of the most expensive of its time.
