1971 Dodge Challenger 340 Convertible "Mod Squad"

Chrysler discontinued Challenger Convertible production after 1971.
This is the famed Mod Squad car that was specially built as a 1972 Challenger convertible
for the 1972 season of famed TV show, Mod Squad (1968-1973).
Only two such 1972 E-body convertibles exist.
The car was updated with 1972-specific front and rear ends, resulting in a highly unusual and desirable hybrid.
Powered by a 340 1-4bbl 275 hp V8 Engine 340 Four Barrel engine.
Finished in classic Gold Metallic with beautiful matching interior and Black convertible top. (schmitt.com)

Highly optioned with bucket seats, rally dash with tachometer,
power windows and power convertible top, it also featured an automatic transmission,
power disc brakes, power steering, tilt seat, AM/FM radio,
rim blow steering wheel, hood pins, chrome exhaust tips and sport stripes,
as well as the original style wheels and tires that were used during the filming of the Mod Squad.
